Every Body
Ayurveda recognises that each and every body is different, and so no two people should have the same diet. Though there are some things which are tridoshic, good for all doshas. Anyone can eat these things regularly and happily, so enjoy:

Love your blog. I am a total Vata and this is great. I am working on improving my imbalence with diet and nutrition. This is great and very informative, I will share with my friends and love ones!!
Glad you like it. I wish you well with your diet-the hardest thing for Vata with diets is not to get too intellectual about it. Balance and perspective and comfort and enjoyment are very important.
