You may have noticed I haven't been around for a couple of weeks. I've decided to make it official, I'm taking a break from blogging.
I am working full time and studying Ayurvedic post natal care for mothers and finding it all a bit hard to manage. So in the interests of my own health and sanity I'll be taking a month or two off blogging.
Stay tuned, I will be back. In the meantime I will continue to reply to your comments and questions.

Julia, this is my first time posting here. I've been luring here for a few weeks now and just wanted to say you have a wonderful blog and you have a loyal reader in me.
Goodluck with your classes!
Thanks Kay. I've always felt that as an Ayurvedic practitioner I have to be prepared to take my own advice. So if I'm advising other people not to take on too much I've gotta take it easy myself too!
I just found your blog on Wellsphere and you have provided some great information. I am looking forward to your future writings on using ayurveda for post natal care (my wife is due in 4 wks with our first child). Good luck with your studies!

Hope your wife and baby have a healthy and happy birth and post-natal period. There's lots you can do to help like massage with sesame oil for her and the baby and cooking some good soups and puddings. Enjoy.
I think you have selected a nice field of study. Because in upcoming time more and more people will choose Ayurveda with respect to Allopathy. As there are side effects in Allopathty. Ayurvedic is very old Indian medicinal system which is purely based on pants and trees and there is no any harmful content.
